Each prep child is paired up with a year 6 child to participate in a range of fun activities held once a week which include;
Peer support buddies play a very important role in the all important first weeks of school helping your Prep child to settle in. eg. They meet them before recess and lunchtimes to help them with tasks such as what to eat, wearing of hats to be “Sunsmart”, going to the toilet, finding safe places to play within the school ground, explaining important rules etc. |
